Groomer House Distributos does not work money backs.

If we do not have the item required by the customer in our inventory, a credit of the total value of the piece will be offered. The customer must notify within the first 5 days of having received the defective part (5 days after the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered). The piece must be in the same condition in which it was sent to be able to make your change. Failure to comply with the aforementioned requirements will not be able to make any changes.
